Psyllium Husk

An alternative to beans is psyllium husk. I personally take Psyllium husk caps, but as long as you take an equivalent to 5 grams of soluble of fiber per the nutritional value label in the back. Note, it’s not meant to fully replace beans because beans have so many nutrients and minerals like magnesium that our bodies need.
